Cougarbait Press Release Cougar Bait and Ton of Blues, two of the driving forces in the Central Mass music scene, are the subject of a new documentary on the important role music plays in our lives. Director Eric Faucher, the architect of the 13 minute film, shot each band on multiple nights, and included exclusive interview footage throughout. The film premiered Tue May 15 th at the Kent Recital Hall at Fitchburg State U. Area music fans, as well as musicians from each band, put into words, their strong feelings and connection to music, the feeling they get while creating a new song, and the rush of excitement while playing live. But the film also lets the music do the talking. Faucher captures both bands during their performances at the 2012 Worcester Music Awards, and follows each on the road, shooting A Ton of Blues at The Hard Rock – Boston, and Cougar Bait at The Precinct in Somerville. The film will be distributed to cable outlets, www.cougarbaitmusic.com and here at N1 on 5-18.
